We are excited to announce the 2019 CORE Trip. A few young people from the USA will give a summer of their life to fully devote themself to understanding and experiencing God and his Kingdom. They will discover the calling of every believer to the great commission and be trained as a disciple-maker and a servant leader while going though a portion of the Live School.
Live School was designed to equip believers around the world to become missionaries right where they are, in the city centers or in the middle of the desert. Live School teaches theology, missiology, ministry skills like preaching, leadership, evangelism, acts of kindness like community health, and much more! Live School is training more than 20,000 students in more than 90 countries around the world.
This Summer, students will watch a portion (91 Hours) of the Live School video sessions, discuss them and apply them on the field through an outreach to South Africa.
The purpose of the CORE Team Outreach to Southern Africa is to train and equip these young people in missions, leadership, theology, evangelization and the Scriptures so that they will be prepared to engage the unreached and unengaged of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ – to anyone, anywhere, and at anytime.
They will put the training they received into practice by working on outreaches amongst people groups on the outskirts of Pretoria and Middleburg, South Africa, as well as attend and serve at the international missions conference “Running with Horses” hosted by World Mission Centre. The last two days will be spent attending part the Live School leaders summit.
Classes and Training will take place during June in Irmo, South Carolina. We plan to leave for outreach to South Africa on July 4 and plan to return July 28.
We need and would appreciate your prayers and financial support. Please sign up to if you would like to receive a report on the trip. Donations can be made to the team as a whole or to s specific individual.
