Certificate Request Intake Evaluation

 

Once your school has completed and uploaded all the homework/reflections for all Live School sessions, make sure that the administration console is up to date with the school’s progress and each student has a completed Graduating Student Evaluation Form (GSEF) uploaded.

Submitting this form will notify the certificate issuing office (CIO) for review so that your school can successfully graduate with  Live School certification.

Please apply for your certificate at least 1 month away from your planned graduation.
