We believe in training the leaders of leaders.
A vital part of each Live School is its facilitator, someone trained specifically to oversee the day-to-day running of the School and facilitate the workshops among the students.
These are men and women who have a lasting passion and vision to see others trained and involved in missions, as well as be leaders in the Kingdom. Each Live School facilitator is handpicked and appointed by the local church in the area where the School is to be run.
After the initial course, facilitators are in constant contact with Live School administration staff via email and telephone, as well as under their direct supervision during regular oversight visits to each school.
Zimbabwe – In 2005, Pastor Mokolo – a man who has planted over 1,200 churches – heard about Live School and sent two of his leaders to be trained as facilitators in Zambia. They returned and recruited people from all over the country to be students in the first Live School in Zimbabwe. In 2007, thirteen of those graduated students attended facilitator training and each student recruited for and started their own Live School. One man invested in two leaders, who invested in thirteen, who are now raising up dozens of leaders throughout the country. Live School creates a pattern of multiplying leaders.
