Dear friend,
“Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.’” – Matthew 9:38
This passage of scripture screams out to us today in a world filled with millions of people who have yet to hear the Gospel. Jesus says of these that they are like sheep in need of a shepherd. Jesus says that we are to pray for the Lord of the Harvest to thrust out harvesters to reach them.
This is exactly the vision of the Live School: to train thousands of workers to join worldwide efforts to reach the unreached.
We recently saw this in Mozambique where 64 pastors indicated that they want to start a Live School in their churches and help gather in the harvest.
Reports are coming in from all over the Middle East of people turning to the Lord. Many are tired of a “religion” that is constantly at war with itself and the world. Many are seeing visions and having dreams of Jesus. As one of our partners keeps saying, “The place is open, the people are ready to accept the Lord.” We are blessed to be able to train numbers of people in this part of the world.
We recently trained the first facilitators who will start the Live School in Israel. These dynamic young people are passionate about the Lord and His Kingdom!
The Lord is doing an amazing thing in Siberia. One of our regional leaders spoke at a youth conference in a small town. When the young people heard that he was going to speak at a similar conference in another town, they all got on the train ride with him to join the second conference. Russian believers have open hearts to the great commission!
