The Harvest in Costa Rica

Some of the pastors in Costa Rica came all the way from the border of Panama, which is about a six hour bus ride, to join the conference in Perez Zeledon. Here, 29 pastors and leaders attended, and 19 of them showed interest in starting a Live School. Jim and Bucky will return in April to conduct the facilitators’ training.

The need to train workers in Central America is very evident in the response of the pastors. The Lord of the harvest is thrusting out laborers all over the place!

A few of the comments we received from the Central American pastors:

  • “Live School coming to us is not a coincidence; it is an instrument from God to help us raise up and disciple workers.”
  • “We have been praying for this for a long time.”
  • “The church in Central America is in desperate need of discipleship to help it return to the basics of scripture.”
