The World Mission Centre is called to provoke, enthuse, and inspire the local body of Christ, so that it may
be released to the task of world evangelization.

We assure you that we protect your privacy to the best of our ability and will never pass on ANY of the information we
store about you without your express permission first. As well as storing your contact details (name, mailing address,
email address, phone number and a record of any financial support) we’d also like to continue to keep other valuable
information about you, such as the names of your family members, how we first met, when we last met, and any
major prayer points you tell us about. All of this helps us immensely when it comes to being able to pray for you.

donations, subscriptions, event bookings and online product or resource purchases. In using this website, you

Donation Cancellation and Refunds
World Mission Centre will refund all donations made that are fraudulent due to unauthorized use of a credit card. In all
other circumstances, refunds of donations will be at the discretion of World Mission Centre and subject to a 10%
administration fee. In assessing whether refunds of online donations can be facilitated, we will determine whether the
donation in question has already been applied to a charitable purpose or whether it is available to be released back to
the donor. If you have any questions about this or wish to seek a refund of a charitable donation you have made,

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will
be credited to that same credit card. To cancel a regular donation or subscription, please contact us
World Mission Centre will send a donation confirmation letter of acknowledgement to your email address for once off
donations and for monthly donations.
All credit or debit card records are held securely for as long as the transaction takes. The World Mission Centre must
keep full and proper accounts and records showing clearly all transactions relating to donations made to our

Goods & Services
Price of goods and services
All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Freight & Delivery
If freight costs are applicable they will be clearly noted as part of a physical product’s description and cost. Please
allow up to two weeks for physical products to be freighted internationally, possibly longer for some countries.
Physical Product Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide you with service, products and resources at the highest standards. If you have received a physical
product or resource from us that is in some way defective or would like to exchange a product, please contact us
via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after receipt of goods so we can guide you through our returns process.
Products can only be returned if they are in a re-sell-able condition and with packaging intact. Our admin staff will
assess the product to determine its condition. Final decisions on the product refund or exchange will not be made
until we have received the returned product (including packaging and any manuals) and it has been checked

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your
original payment method at your request.
